How often do we service the property?
We offer weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) lawn mowing. All other services can be provided on an as-needed basis determined by you, our customer.
What form of payments do we accept?
We accept credit cards only. Before we service your property, we require a credit card on file. We charge all of the cards on file on the 1st of each month only for services requested and provided the month prior. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
What areas do you provide your services?
We service the Eugene-Springfield, Oregon area. For more detailed information on our service areas, please visit our services areas page.
Does it cost anything to get an estimate?
No, our estimates are free of charge. Call us, email us, or complete any form on our website to request your free estimate. There is no obligation to use our service after requesting an estimate. We know you can’t make a decision without knowing what it will cost!
Do you require contracts?
No, we do not have contracts! We service customers on a per-visit basis and charge for the services rendered that month at the end of the month.
Are you insured?
Yes, Twin Pines Lawn and Landscape is fully insured. We are happy to send our declaration page upon request.
What does your weekly mowing service consist of?
Mowing, blade edging along the pavement like driveways and sidewalks, string trimming around obstacles, and blowing off the grass clippings to leave your lawn with a manicured appearance.
What will it cost to mow my yard?
Rates are calculated based upon your specific yard with prices starting at $30 per visit. Request your free, no-obligation estimate to get your price!
How much experience do you have?
We have 5 years of experience maintaining lawns and landscapes on the Pacific Coast.
Do you speak English?
Yes, English is the first language of all Twin Pines Lawn and Landscape employees.
Do I need to be home to get an estimate?
No, you do not need to be home for us to get you an estimate. We will just need access to your front and backyard. Please make sure we can get into your backyard if you have a locked gate.

How much is Lawn Mowing?
Our lawn mowing service starts at $30 for small lawns mowed on a weekly basis.
How long will it take to receive my estimate after requesting it?
Often we provide estimates within hours of receiving the request. During busy times during the year, it may take 24-48 hours to receive your quote.
Do you have a guarantee?
Yes. At this time, the owner of Twin Pines Lawn and Landscape is on every job! We confidently guarantee your satisfaction or you will not be charged.
Is Twin Pines Lawn and Landscape on social media?
Yes. We are on Instagram and Facebook.
What happens if it’s raining or has recently rained too much to perform my service?
We don’t want to damage your lawn. If it is too wet to mow, we will push back your service until the ground has had enough time to dry.
Can I get a call, text, or email the day before my service?
Yes. Please just let us know how you would like us to notify you. We will put a note on your account and make sure it happens!
What are my payment options?
Credit card only.
When is payment due?
On the 1st of each month for services provided the month prior.
My fence is locked…How will Twin Pines Lawn and Landscape handle this?
We ask clients that have locked gates to provide us with the combination or a spare key. You can also leave your gate unlocked on the day of your service, if you would like. If we arrive to service your property and we cannot access the backyard, we will charge full price for that visit because the grass will be twice as long when we return for the next mowing visit.
I have kids that leave toys on the lawn…How will Twin Pines Lawn and Landscape handle this?
We fully understand! Within reason, we are happy to move kids’ or pets’ toys to a safe area before we begin to work on your property. If the items left on the lawn become excessive, we will contact you to come to a resolution.
